Hello, I am submitting a
loan request for the amount of $4,000 to get the materials and a
mentor for a turn key system. I know if you are an investor
especially with real estate you have heard of Armando Montelongo he
has the show on tv called flip this house. He is a real
estate investor himself and he buys old beat up houses for cheap
fixes them up and sells them for large profits. This is what I
want to do so bad but I don't have the $4,000 for the program.
If I follow this program especially with the help of a mentor to
hold my hand through every step of the way I should return the
$4,000 with a negotiable 20-25% roi, in the first 2 to 3 months.
I put the interest rate really high because I know that it can be
done because this is a real business that when it is done the right
way with a mentor can return a minimum of $20,000 each flip of an
old house. I also put the interest rate high because I
need a quick response the program is only open for a while at this
price and I need to get in I'm even willing to go a little higher on
the roi if someone responds within the first week or so. Rite
now I'm working full time in NYC as a chauffeur I made $50,000
last year so even if I started slow in the program for some reason

FIRST TIME

Looking for a loan in the

field. I have been in business for 6 + years with several more

plan that is set up as 120 equal payments of $6500.00 due monthly

My wife and I are in
desperate need for some financial assistance. We moved July 2007 in
order to be closer to my wifes' parents. We had concerns with her
fathers health. We subdivided the 2 acres which they had and we were
within 1-1/2 month of moving into our home when my father-in-law had
a heart attack and a second major one. He spent 25 days in the
hospital only to have the Lord take him at that time. Our focus
was then to be there for her mother since she had never driven a
vehicle. Then my lovely wife of mine and myself wer involved in a
rather bad automobile accident in November 2007 turning onto our
road in which we were stopped and another rear ended us doing 45
miles an hour. Our luck continued as we had had our other home
listed since February 2007 and it has not sold. We depleted our 401k
retirement accounts attempting to stay afloat. We also took
salary cuts of approx. 40% having worked for my brothers Ace
hardware very successful business for 23 years. The furniture that
we had we gave to some friends that were in need thinking that we
would replace ours with the proceeds from the sale of our house as
well as a down deposit. None of this of course has happened. We
are currently just about to the point of foreclosure on our other
home and I am actively seeking new employment making more money. We
know that God has a purpose for us but we are sure meeting some
hurdles. We have found a great new church and we are here for our
mother. We know that our prayers will be answered through someone
out there. We need need approximately $25,000 to payoff all of
our unsecured debts due to the fact that we do not have very much

SCARED AND DESPERATE! I am
a 28 yr old married mother of three small children (4 mo., 2 yrs, and
