Funding fell through for our project and now time is of the essence. I’ve contacted and been contacted by many lenders with some crazy lending solutions and quite simply, I’m not looking to spend more money. I’m not looking to buy crazy amounts of paper to do a loan. If it can’t be done utilizing a traditional loan or a non-traditional lender / cash deal I don’t want to hear about it. To be perfectly honest, we’ve got something here and whomever gets in will have a lot of perks if he/she should want to take advantage of them. Then again, if it’s a strictly loan deal, that is fine by me as well. I am willing to collateralize 10% of the company stock (1M shares) or sell 5% of the company but that is all.
A little background:
I have been involved in the foreign exchange (FX) industry for the past 10 years. Over the past 5 years I’ve developed multiple algorithms for trading the spot foreign exchange markets for my current venture. Some of these algorithms are predictive in nature but the core systems are statistical arbitrage models exploiting correlation and cointergration of between 28 and 36 currency pairs. All systems are 100% automated and mechanical (no human intervention, only monitoring) and have been proven in live trading accounts for up to 15 months with returns of over 300% in some cases. I can provide statements if this is of interest to you.
To this end I have been seeking out investors to manage funds for. Currently I am in negotiation with multiple hedge funds, private capital management firms and various accredited investors to get capital under management. I currently have $27M pledged to manage in late Q1, 2011.
So why would I need funding?
While profitable, the systems will take another 1.3 years to generate the necessary starting capital required to fund development of monitoring systems, risk management systems infrastructure and operating costs. I had funding secured for this, but it fell through due to the lender not being able to liquidate some assets, so again, time is of the essence here.
I am also willing to make arrangements for the investor, who's deal I choose to accept to have funds of his own traded with these systems for a greatly reduced or no performance fee.

 I am the father of four beautiful girls. Who  live in Texas and have been out of my life for over ten years. We have been recently re-united and I have the a need  to move to Texas and finish raising the two youngest. As they are not living with their mother any longer. I am a resident of Fernandina Beach Fl and I would like to get a  Equity Based Mortgage for my home here. Due to owning 2 houses (one is rented but with a morgage) and having a huge amount of consumer debt incurred within the last 2 years and having had an IRS audit with a blaance due (to be paid when we receive a loan) our credit rating is not favorable for a conventional mortgage.  I purchased the home 2 years ago at a distressed price and have remodeled the entire home, including plumbing , electrical and completely remodeled the interior and made exterior improvments. The home is 3,500 Sq. Ft. and has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All baths are updated and are tile, with 4 new walk in showers. The home sits on a corner lot ( 3 lots total ) with 1.4 acers of lawn and is located about 1 1/2 blocks from a major river that enters the ocean about 1/2 mile downstream. We are minutes from one of the finest beach areas in Northeast Fla.( Even Oprah vacations here) The anticipated value of the house when I purchased it was $500,00.00+, but due to the falling market, is now valued around $367,500 in a now-increasing market. We paid cash for the home when we purchased it and for the most of the early renovations to allow us to move in to the house.  I would like to borrow approximately $180,000 to pay off a loan ($85K) that I secured to finance the improvments and to pay off credit card accumlated debt while doing the renovations. Our daughter will be a senior in HS this coming year and when she decides on a college (currently Flordia International University), we plan on putting this house on the market and moving to a much smaller home. For this reason, I would like a no penalty-or at the very least a defined - early payoff clause. We have sufficent income to repay the loan and the loan would be about one half of the equity in the house. BROKE DOWN HOUSE!!! I have 3 kids ages 2yrs, 7yrs, and 14yrsand I provide care to my mother who has been disabled since 2004.  All of which have medical issues. I do not qualify for financial assistance because I just recently recieved a promotion and they do not take my mother into consideration.  And we have just been cited by our city because our windows in our home are not up to code. I have had a rocky credit history thanks to some poor judements made by my former husband.
