	Ends 6-25-09 While I am sure that you get plenty of letters asking for help.  My letter is a business proposition.  I have found myself in a dilemma for which I take full responsibility.  Let me give you a little background and see if you can understand my situation.I am a 48 year old, working, white, professional female.  I work very hard every day at a full time job being an asset manager for a management company, I have a degree in Business Management, an Alabama Real Estate Agent, I am certified in project management, I own a motorcycle repair shop where we only work on Harley Davidson, I prepare income taxes on the side and I also have a wooden flower business (which I sell at the flea market every Sat. and Sun).  As you can see I am not lazy or on welfare.  I own my own home and have my own vehicles, etc.  My problem is unfortunately I have tried to help too many people and it has cost me dearly. *My husband is disabled.  He can do minimal activities and can not work.  He requires a lot of attention.  He has a pain pump installed in his body and his medications and insurance supplement are expensive. *My father passed away of cancer four years ago and I promised him I would take care of my Mother.  For the past four years I have helped get her established with a place to live, car and everything a house needs and I currently help her monthly. *My brother was very much into drugs and I made a deal that if he cleaned up and I would pay for him to go to school to be a Harley Technician and upon graduation I would open a shop for him to always have a safe haven work place.  He did, he went to school for 3 years in Florida, graduated and move to Alabama.  I had a shop built for him and he is doing well.  Shop is barely holding its own.  I have helped him and his family to get established.  Took out a car loan, signature loan and three small business loans to get the shop going. *My oldest stepson got out of Iraq.  Came back to the states with the intent to go to school.  I helped him get a place to live, financed a car for him in my name, and paid for his school.  He decided that it would be better for him to live elsewhere.  He basically filed bankruptcy on me and moved to Chicago.  He left me with $12,000 debt and a car payment and trailer payment. *My youngest daughter just moved from Houston to Alabama with her husband and two small children and it has cost me $11,000 to get her going.  Glad to say her and her family are really trying and I think they just may pay me back. *My oldest sister is visually impaired and her husband is battling lung cancer.  I have been helping them not so much financially, more so morally and with all the legalities.  His disease started from his working so many years in the steel mills of Ohio. *My youngest son has tried to make a go of things.  Was in the Army, didn’t do well, joined the National Guard, didn’t do well and he just got a job and is now in a trailer and maybe will be okay. *My sister in law and mother in law live close to us and they need constant help.  My brother in law died and left my sister in law without showing her how to manage in life.  By default that left me.  I pay for her to have health insurance as she has no income.  They barely make it.  My mother in law is 82 and in poor health so my sister in law has to be with her constantly. I am not telling you any of this for sympathy that is not my goal.  As my father taught me at an early age, “sympathy is in the dictionary” between shit and syphilis.  I really like my life and eventho I would like a vacation I am much better than most. Now for the business proposition.  With everything that has happened I have over extended all lines of credit.  I currently bring home approximately $6,500/mo., my debt (including my home) is currently $275,000.00.  I do not have the credit to obtain anymore loans.  I am interested in obtaining a loan in the amount of $280,000.00 for 72 - 84 months.  I am willing to pay up to 12% interest on this loan.  Understand, I am not looking for charity or a handout.  I have always paid my bills and will continue to do so.  I am not behind on my bills nor are any of my creditors calling for payments.  I am trying to get reorganized, refocused and stress free this year.  As collateral you can place a lien on my home. 	0ngoing Thank you for considering this request. In May 2006 I started a small trucking company hauling automobiles. The company failed due to rising fuel prices and slow freight due to the economy. I was left with all the bills of the company as my partner bailed on me when the business started failing. I am working and digging out of the debt but it is overwhelming. I was able to sell the truck and trailer with a balance owed on the truck. Unfortunately I stupidly did a refi on my house and used my credit cards to try to carry the business until times got better but wasnt able to carry it long enough.
