This is my fourth bar I have owned, have done well, trying to move up another notch, and am surprised I am floundering on this one, but everybody is having a tough time. This club used to be 'the spot' in my town, but over the years the former owner let it deteriorate, and I believed, and still believe, I can fix it. The reason I purchased the business was because of its prime commercial location, which actually has a reasonable lease rate, but, the owners do nothing to help maintain the building. We are located in an economically stable area because of local mining, and I-80 accessibility. The liquor license I have is rare and hard to come by, so it is worth a lot. Cash flow problems were encountered because customer base has been hard to re-establish, also we have had lots of issues with heat, air, plumbing, electrical, extinguishing system, and the roof.  When I bought the place, I thought the capital I had, would get us by until the place started generating income, unfortunately, it is still down, as well as the other bars in the area are too. I need at 50,000 to stabilize, 100,000+ would be more ideal, for working capital, to catch up on the bills, repair my credit as I have not collected a paycheck for the last 2 years, and all my personal money has been going into this club  for utilities, rent, and huge unexpected repairs. My biggest issues are, I made the inside nice with new carpet, paint, seating, but the exterior needs a face lift, and I desperately need money for more help, minor equipment, additional inventory, advertising and entertainment.
